Meeting Notes
June 2010
I was not able to attend the June meeting
so the following is written by Tony Martini.

The June meeting was held on Monday the 7th at 6:30 PM at La Nopalera Restaurant.
In attendance were Bill & Judy Young, Andy Sanfilippo, Lony Taylor, John & Nancy
Leenhouts, Rick & Marilynn Stevenson, Tony Martini, Paul & Judy Sandefer,
Dyaarl Anderson and Dave Morton.
We have $$$$$ in the treasury.
The Ocala trip to the Southeastern Classic was fantastic. Bill & Judy,
John & Nancy, Rick & Marilynn, Dyaarl & Gail and Tony made the
trip. We had a great time on our cruise to Ocala arriving Thursday around dinner
time. Friday we took a drive to Don Gartlits car museum and saw an amazing
collection of dragsters and old vintage cars. After that we took a leisurely
drive back to the hotel to party with the rest of the Healey people. Saturday
was the car show with a nice display of about 85 cars in a very nice setting.
Congrats to Bill Young on his first place in the 100 class. We attended a nice
banquet and Sunday morning we caravanned back home without any major problems.
Fun was had by all.
While at the show we volunteered our club to host the 2013 Southeastern Classic.
At this meeting we elected Nancy Leenhouts to be the director of this event
which will be held in April 2013.
There will be a Shop Meet at Rick Stevenson's house on Sunday the 27th starting
at 1 PM. We will be working on Andy Norton's car in an effort to get it ready
to sell. Also any other projects that anyone wants to bring. (Notice went out
to the Club on June 22 for this event)
Our July meeting will be held on Monday, July 12th (please note this is the
second Monday of the month) at the home of John & Nancy Leenhouts, 646
Thornwood Lane, Orange Park FL 32073 at 7:00 PM. Please refer to your roster
for phone numbers.
